Back on the Project Bike

Project Bike After letting the GPZ750 sit in pieces for the last 8 months I have regained my enthusiasm to complete the project. Although this is still ging to take a considerable amount off time I am really looking forward to being able to ride it, one day.

The stripping of the bike has been completed and various parts are being sand blasted and resprayed. the motor has been cleaned and the decision was made to to strip it down as it was running well when first purchased.

Pictures of the bike when first brought and at various stages of de-construction can be see in the Picture Gallery section of this site . Check it out for updates.

Any advice is welcomed so please add your comments.

Awesome day of racing

wmbarbagallo_hi_resSpent the day at the King of Wanneroo day at Barbagallo Raceway.

The day was great with good friend, great racing and fantastic weather. We got there early and set-up in a perfect position on the feence in turn one.The local riders offered some great competition but Jonathon Rae proved too good on the day.

There was a full program with Superbikes, Sportsbike. Sidecars, 250’s and 125’s. Checkout the gallery section for some action shots.

wizardThe Dragn’s Den has been restored to service after a failed upgrade.
While working with multiple bash widows open some core files were accidently deleted which means that the original site could not be restored from the back-ups.

The Lesson has been well learnt and this mistake will not happen again as back-ups are now done across different locations.

I have taken the opportunity to do some much needed re-organisation of the Galleries section to make it easier to view albums.
Hope you enjoy the revamped site and feel free to leave comments :)
